Founder & Chairman
As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Risdon Group, Steven Bradley is in charge of defining the company vision and identifying growth opportunities. In addition to this, Steven oversees all aspects of company development, ranging from selecting development projects and providing management consulting, to securing capital and joint venture partnerships.
Steven has decades of industry experience and his projects have been widely recognized, including numerous AIA awards and a Mixed-Use Project of the Year Award for The Mercado at Rosemary Beach. The Savannah at Rosemary Beach on Main Street is part of Architectural Digest’s “The 30 Most Beautiful Main Streets Across America”.
Steve’s mission is to facilitate the creation of beautiful living places and to cultivate communities anchored by exceptional buildings that contribute to the innovation and sustainable practices that will enrich generations to come.
Managing partner
Walker is the Chief Development Officer of Risdon Group, responsible for the execution process. He selects the dedicated project execution team that works with architects, contractors, and engineers to deliver projects on time and on budget.
Walker brings a wealth of experience in the real estate industry where he provided management consulting, oversaw property acquisition strategy, project management and execution, facilitated investment decisions, and managed key assets. He is passionate about designing, building and investing in highly visible ventures the foundation of which is exceptional building standards and a curative approach to the spaces that connect them. His interest lies in creating mixed-use, sustainable, urban-infill projects.
Walker approaches every endeavor with the intention to challenge traditional building techniques and to refine cutting-edge approaches that bring more sustainable practice to this industry.
